Sales Coordinator

The Sales Coordinator is responsible for onboarding and maximizing new business opportunities for the team. Their esponsibilities also include managing the newly onboarded businesses with the suitable placements.

• Generate clientleadsthrough online market research.
• Reach outto the leadsthrough cold calls.
• Persuade and negotiate with the potential clientsto use ourservice and thereby close the deal.
• Look for new business opportunities on vendor clients.
• Source and place the candidates with the suitable job roles on direct and vendor clients.
• Build a solid rapport with direct and vendor clientsto ensure long-term business with their organizations.
• Provide on-callsupport to the Team.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports, weekly planner, and any other necessary
• reports as and when required by the senior managers.

• Graduate from any discipline
• Excellent proficiency in English communication (Must)
• Technologically proficient – specially in CRM tools, design tools, Google Workspace, MS Office Suite, cloud platforms & communication apps
• 1–2 years of proven experience in telephone sales or overseas recruitment is
• preferred
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
